Pictures of ECU's campus flooded by Floyd


    These photographs were taken by Jean-Luc Scemama, who was in the Howell Science Complex while ECU's campus was flooded by Hurricane Floyd. He has kindly granted permission for them to be posted here. Karl Wuensch did edit (crop and resize) them prior to posting them.
