You should be aware that there can be serious problems when trying to take an online course while outside of the United States, especially when in a location where Internet access may be spotty at best.  Two of my students have had such problems.  One went on a cruise while taking an online class and found that he did not have Internet access on the ship.  Another took an online class while deployed in the Middle East and she had the same problem and more.  Should you find yourself in this situation after having already started an online class, you should contact your academic advisor for advice on withdrawing from the course.
