    You want to locate a questionnaire that measures SES, political conservatism, misanthropy, or whatever.  There are some Internet resources that might be helpful.

• Tests Available in Compilation Volumes -- from the University of Texas at Arlington
• Test Link -- at ETS
• Test Locator, Buros -- from Mental Measurements Yearbook
• Test Locator, APA -- advice on how to find a test -- but do not use the link to ericae.net
• ERIC -- use the advanced search to restrict the search to tests/questionnaires

CAUTION:  There used to be a good test locater at ericae.net, but that site has been hijacked by some entity with evil purpose.  In November of 2007 I visited it and found it not only to be worthless but it also downloaded viruses and trojans onto my computer.
