The notes on the web are written as a web book with
hyperlink's and the notes can be difficult to follow if
printed.
Note, for some of the material, you will need a
browser that conforms to current web standards such as
FireFox (recommended),
Netscape or
Mozilla.
Internet Explorer from Microsoft does not conform to
most of the standards and requires a plugin to display
some of the material correctly. This plugin may need to
be installed (requiring administrator privileges) and is
not 100% compatible with this material.
In addition, a zip file with
the necessary fonts is provided. Unzip the file, it will
unzip into a directory called MMLfonts. Copy the files
into the fonts directory on the machine.
For Linux use the font install tool.
For Microsoft Windows XP/2000, the fonts directory is
under WINNT or accessible from the control panel.
