Allen Parker's mother, she was likely born between 1812 and 1815 at Martinique plantation. How she met her husband Jeff Elliott is unclear, but their first child, Allen, was born in 1838. She probably had four or five children: Allen, Mary, Millie, and one or two who remain unidentified. She died around the opening of the Civil War in August, 1861. Millie and Allen Parker are recorded by name in many documents of the Peter Parker estate records during the period 1838 to 1858.
