Instructions for Payment of Geology Field Course Fees

for the North Carolina Summer Geology Field Course

at the Division of Continuing Studies at East Carolina University

 

These instructions are for ALL students, who plan to enroll in the North Carolina Summer Geology Field Course, administered by the Department of Geological Sciences at East Carolina University.

 

All students, who plan to enroll in the Summer Geology Field Course, will need to pay $2500-$2550 for Field Course fees, the money we use to feed, lodge, and transport you.  A $1000 deposit of this $2500-$2550 sum is due at the ECU Division of Continuing Studies by March 31, 2008, with the remainder ($1500-$1550) due by April 30, 2008.  You can pay your Field Course Fees by cheque or money order or by Master Card or VISA.  Cheques or Money Orders for payment of Geology Field Course Fees should be made payable to the “ECU Division of Continuing Studies”.  If you will be paying part or all of your field course fees by financial aide, and this process is moving slowly, please let the Field Course Director, Dr. Stephen Harper, know and he will work with you for a successful resolution of your slow moving financial aide process.  Please don’t panic!  Field Course Fee Payments should be submitted to Ms. Betty Collins or Ms. Alice Martin or anyone on duty in the Business Office of the Division of Continuing Studies.  Their contact information is listed immediately below:
