Biography Earl
Lovelace was born in Toco, Trinidad on July 13, 1935. Lovelace was raised by his grandparents on
the island of Tobago. Lovelace has
spent most of his time as a jounalist, playwright, novelist, and a
short-story writer. He has taught
English at the University of the West Indies at St. Augustine. He obtained his M.A. from John Hopkins
University in 1974. |
