In this exercise, you will be studying the determination of molecular geometry using the Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion Theory (VSEPR). The first step in determining the molecular geometry by this method is drawing Lewis structures. Draw Lewis structures for the following molecules and ions which you will be studying in this exercise.(You will save time during the laboratory period if you also draw these Lewis structures on the data sheets on pages 8-7 and 8-13.)
