Experiment 3
The Stoichiometry and Reactions of Some Copper Compounds

OBSERVATIONS

This is an experiment that should have a LOT of observations recorded. Record, in ink, the appearance/condition/state of your starting material and the substances formed at each step in the process. Record, in ink, all changes and other activity occurring during each of the steps in the experimental procedure. This includes any color changes, materials forming, materials dissolving, bubbling (gas production) or any other changes that occur. Be sure to keep track of which observations go with which steps in the experimental procedures. For example, did the solid dissolve during the heating step or did it dissolve just before the heating step. Record, in ink, anything else of note that occurs during the experiment, including any known errors that are made.
