The
Molar Volume of Hydrogen Gas

Aqueous hydrochloric acid, HCl(aq),
is a strong acid and will burn your skin and clothing if contact by
either is made. If you spill chemicals on your skin, flush with water
immediately.

H2 gas is
highly flammable. Do not allow it to come in contact with a Bunsen
burner flame. Dispose of the generated H2
by venting it into the hood after measuring the volume.

Always wash your hands before leaving
the laboratory.
