The Digital Dropbox is a tool that instructor and students can use to exchange files. The Dropbox works by "uploading" a file from a disk or a computer to a central location. A participant can then come and "download" it to work locally.
Send File to the Student:
This area is where files are uploaded and sent to specific students.
Delete a File
This area is used to removes files that are no longer necessary.
To upload a file:

Step 2: Choose a Recipient from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Indicate a File to Upload by choosing Browse and indicating the appropriate file.
Step 4: Type the text to appear with the file in the Name of Link to File text field.
Step 5: Optionally, add comments into the Comments field.
Step 6: Choose Return file to Student to complete the process.
Step 7: A receipt will appear at the top of the screen, confirming the process. Scroll down to continue working in the Digital Dropbox, or return to the Control Panel or Course by selecting the appropriate button from the top of the course window.
To download a file:
Step 2: The Current Files area will list the files available to download.
Step 3: Shift-Click on a file name, and choose Save Link As.
Step 4: Save the file to an appropriate location.
When a file is no longer needed, it can be removed from the dropbox.
To delete a file:

Step 2: From the Current Files area, click Remove Files.
Step 3: Place a check in the box associated with the file to remove.
Step 4: Click Remove Selected Files to complete the process.
Step 5: A confirmation box will appear. Answer Ok.
Step 6: A receipt will appear. Choose Back to continue working in the Digital Dropbox, or return to the Control Panel or Course by selecting the appropriate button from the top of the course window.
