Notes:
The initiation starts with a specialized tRNA--fmet-tRNAfMet
It is the only tRNA that can bind directly to the A site of the ribosome. All others bind to the P site.
The tRNA is special, but it is aminoacylated by the fmet tRNA synthetase with Met.
After aminoacylation, the Met is formylated by a formyl transferase.
